Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #26IFB41 Aggregate Grade 4 to Vulcan Construction Materials LLC based on the lowest and best bid in the not-to-exceed amount of $750,000.00 per fiscal year, effective 08-28-2026 and shall continue for 12 months when signed by all parties with 2 optional renewals at 12 months each and authorize execution of the agreement, (Funding sources are 01.200.0210.003556 and 01.0200.0210.003597.)
