Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the approval and execution of the Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) FY26 Secure Plan Service Level Agreement and Exhibit A (Year 3 of 5) between Williamson County and MCA for Q4130000862/Q4130000863 for Secure Plan and Digital Alarm Camera Support Services, inadvertently omitted from the original Commissionerr's Court approval, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Public Background
This request is administrative in nature and does not modify the scope of work, contract terms, compensation, or the previously approved agreement. MCA has requested a fully executed copy of the FY26 Secure Plan Service Level Agreement and Exhibit A (Year 3 of 5), as these documents were inadvertently omitted from the Purchase Order issued on May 18, 2026. Although the purchase order and the County's Controlling Terms and Conditions were provided to the vendor, the Service Level Agreement and Exhibit A requiring signatures are now requested.
