Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Headwaters subdivision (revision 1) – Precinct 3. 

This is the first revision to the preliminary plat of the Headwaters subdivision that was initially approved on May 20th, 2025. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the road alignments and lot layout. This revision includes a decrease of 2 nonresidential lots, an increase of 57 single family lots, and an increase of 479 linear feet of new roads. With this revision, the proposed subdivision consists of 29 non-residential lots, 749 single family lots, and 27,510 linear feet of new roads on 200.5 acres.
