Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a three-year (3) Master Service Agreement #2027-014 between Williamson County and GTS Technology Inc. for as-needed information technology products and services in the amount of $3,000,000.00 annually utilizing various cooperative contracts as noted and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Information Systems is requesting approval of a three-year (3) Master Service Agreement for the period of 10-01-2026 through 09-30-2029. This agreement will establish a technology purchasing portal that allows designated County employees to purchase approved technology products, including computers, monitors, docking stations, and accessories, through a centralized online catalog.   Funding will vary by department and will be identified on each individual purchase order issued under the agreement.  The cooperative contracts that will be utilized are as follows:

DIR-CPO-5097 — expires 11.21.26 option of (1) year renewal until 11.21.27.
DIR-CPO-5225 — expires 01.03.2028 option of (1) year renewal until 01.03.2029
DIR-CPO-5792 — expires 04.04.2027 option of 3 (1) year renewal until 04.04.2030
DIR-CPO-5381 — expires 10.31.2027 option of 3 (1) year renewal until 10.31.2030
DIR-CPO-5850 — expires 07.18.2027 option of 3 (1) year renewal until 07.18.2030
