Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approving Renewal #2 (Final) of the agreement between Williamson County and Texas Corrugators for Corrugated Metal Pipe, pursuant to IFB #24IFB69, for the Road and Bridge Department, with the vendor requesting a price increase of an overall average of 10.71% and authorize the execution of this agreement.

The Road and Bridge department is requesting the renewal of this contract, which includes a price increase that is within the 25% threshold allowed under the contract. Texas Corrugators submitted a letter of justification for the increase.
