Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the County Addendum #2026-280 between Williamson County and Veoci Inc. for a web-based emergency management software platform in the amount of $11,300.00 and authorizing execution of the addendum pursuant to TIPS contract #20105. The Office of Emergency Management is requesting approval to implement Veoci Inc. a web-based emergency management and incident coordination platform. Veoci Inc. will provide a centralized system for Emergency Operations Center activations, including incident coordination, resource and task management, situational awareness, documentation, and reporting. The department currently utilizes WebEOC along with multiple separate tools such as Microsoft Teams, emails, spreadsheets and manual processes. Veoci Inc. will consolidate these functions into a single platform, improve real time situational awareness, streamline emergency response coordination, and address capability gaps. The platform will be used by Emergency Management staff and County personnel supporting Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
