Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) #2027-023 between Williamson County and Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) for 9-1-1 Geographic Information Systems Database Management and authorizing the execution of the agreement at no cost to Williamson County due to reimbursement by CAPCOG.
Public Background
This Interlocal Agreement (ILA) is the annual agreement between Williamson County and Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) for the delivery of 9-1-1 Geographic Information Systems data. It is the County’s system for 9-1-1 Database and Addressing Programs in the Information Systems Department FY27. CAPCOG agrees to compensate Williamson County for the goods and services provided under this Contract in the total amount of $524,474.40.
