Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Reversionary Deed without Warranty from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD), transferring the land associated with Twin Lakes Park from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to Williamson County.
Public Background
Williamson County has had an agreement with TPWD for 50+ acres of land for use as a park. Subsequently, over 30 years ago, Williamson County partnered with the YMCA to develop what is now known as Twin Lakes Park. In 2025, the TPWD Commission voted to transfer the land for the park permanently to Willamson County. This deed memorializes that transfer.
