Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of the Standard Agreement with Parkside at Mayfield Ranch Municipal Utility District for off duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies to be effective October 1, 2026.

This renewal agreement gives permission for Parkside at Mayfield Ranch MUD to contract County Sheriff deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies' vehicle usage. The term of this agreement shall begin on October 1, 2026 and will have two additional one year renewal terms with October 1st being the first day of any such renewal term. The agreement and the rates set out in it may be revisited with proper approvals from the applicable governing bodies and elected officials each fiscal year. Either party may terminate this agreement, for convenience and without cause, by providing thirty days' advance written notice to the other party.
