Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding the adoption of the 2026 tax rate for Pearson Place Road District for the tax year 2026.
Public Background
The current tax rate (fiscal year 2026) for the district is $0.049000. In order to meet the debt service obligations of the district, it is being recommended that a tax rate of $0.049000 be adopted to meet the debt service budget of $336,950. Attached is a letter from Garry Kimball, financial advisor, that gives the highlights of the assessed valuation and the recommendation for the rate.
