Disuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding #26RFP67 - Mowing Landscape Maintenance Services to Heart of Texas Landscape and Irrigation Co. as the primary contract in the not-to-exceed amount of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($280,500.00) per fiscal year, effective October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028, with four additional one-year renewal options and authorize the execution of this agreement. The evaluation committee is recommending that Heart of Texas Landscape and Irrigation Co. as the top-rated vendor be awarded RFP #26RFP67 on an as-needed basis for Landscape Maintenance services. Heart of Texas Landscape and Irrigation Co. submitted a Best and Final Offer (BAFO) and a contract was negotiated. If the primary service provider is unable to provide services, then the end user has the option to cancel that order and place the order with the back-up service provider.
