Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) #2026-295 for Sale of Surplus Property between Williamson County and Milam County for Milam County’s purchase of a swift water rescue boat with outboard motor and boat trailer that was purchased with asset forfeiture funds and is currently surplus property and authorizing the execution of the agreement. (No Funding Source as the Surplus Property was purchased with Asset Forfeiture Funds).
Public Background
This Interlocal Agreement (ILA) is for Sale of Surplus Property between Williamson County and Milam County for the purchase of a 2008 Triton Rescue One Model boat with outboard motor and 2008 MFI RCS-1 Boat Trailer. Collectively, the Surplus Property is being sold to Milam County for the sum of $700.00.
