Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Lease Agreement between Williamson County, Texas, as Landlord, and Don Hart, Jr., as Tenant, for the residence and improvements and the surface only of approximately 155.394 acres of land located at 3751 North Highway 183, Liberty Hill, Texas 78642, for $1,365.90 as rent for the Leased Premises, plus $470.06 as additional rent for Tenant’s payment of real property taxes, and extending the lease for an additional one (1) Year, commencing on October 1, 2026, and ending on September 30, 2027.
