Public Background
The Parks department is recommending this solicitation be awarded to Randall Fischer at $55.00 per acre for approximately Two Hundred Twenty-Five (225) acres. The Initial term of the Lease shall be two (2) years commencing on the 1st day of October 2026 with three (3) optional one (1) year renewals.
