Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Legal Services Agreement for Williamson County District Courts between Williamson County and Audrey Blair and exemption of such services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act (personal or professional services, Texas Loc. Gov't Code 262.024(a)(4)).
