This Professional Service Agreement with Tamara Hudgins, Ph.D., is intended to provide grant development and fundraising support for the All District Courts specialty court programs, including Mental Health, DWI, Transformative Justice, and Family Recovery. The consultant will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and pursuing grant opportunities. The scope of work includes maintaining an annual calendar of corporate, foundation, and government proposal writing and reporting, preparing and submitting grant proposals that align with Williamson County funded programs. When funding is awarded, preparing evaluation reports and donor stewardship.
