This Supplemental Agreement No 2 to the Professional Services Agreement for Design & Engineering Services between Williamson County and Cleary Zimmermann Engineers, LLC is for compensation pertaining to services outside the original scope of work. The supplemental services include revising construction documents to remove the phasing plan and providing an updated opinion of probable construction cost for the Jail S AHU Replacement. This agreement increases the previously supplemented contract amount by $4,500.00 and extends the service date through September 30, 2027.
