First Amendment to Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Geotechnical Engineering Services between Williamson County and ECS Southwest, LLP., is made to amend the language that inadvertently included language amending the Fee Schedule under Exhibit B of the previously executed Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Geotechnical Test Engineering Services.
