Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a legal Services Agreement for Williamson County District Courts between Williamson County and Beth Johnson; and the exemption of such services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act (personal or professional services, Texas Loc. Gov't Code) 262.024(a)(4)).
