Discuss, take appropriate action, and note in the official minutes the new B, C, EX, and L pay charts, effective October 2026.
Public Background
The FY27 B, C, EX, and L pay charts have a 2% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) applied, as approved by the Commissioners Court during budget adoption on 9/01/2026. The B chart has also been edited to remove grades B.15 and B.16 due to disuse, while adding grades B.51 and B.52 to accommodate anticipated growth.
