AGENDA
Pursuant to Section 152.905 of the Texas Local Government Code, the District Judges of Williamson County, Texas will hold a public hearing on August 12, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. at the Williamson County Commissioners Courtroom, 710 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Georgetown, Texas to hear from interested parties and citizens, as well as consider and take action on the items below:
Virtual Meeting Notice: Pursuant to Governor Greg Abbott's Executive Orders, every person in Texas shall minimize social gatherings and minimize in-person contact with people not in the same household and, in accordance with Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) guidance, individuals should maintain 6 feet separation, self-screen for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) symptoms before going into public places, wash or disinfect hands upon entering a public place and after any interaction with employees or others. Furthermore, effective July 3, 2020 and pursuant to the orders of Governor Greg Abbott and the Mayor of the City of Georgetown, Texas, all people over the age of ten (10) years old, with few exceptions, must wear face coverings while inside a commercial entity or other building in Georgetown, Texas. Due to Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and the above-mentioned guidelines and orders, the District Judges will be conducting its meeting virtually by video/audio conferencing.
