The Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas, under the authority and pursuant to Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 257, will meet in regular session on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. the place being the Commissioners Courtroom, 710 Main Street, in Georgetown, Texas to consider the following items:
1.
Review and approval of minutes.

Discuss, consider and take action regarding an Order authorizing the issuance of Somerset Hills Road District No. 3 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2023; Levying an ad valorem tax in support of the bonds; approving an official statement; authorizing the execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement with a Blanket Issuer Letter of Representation and a Bond Purchase Agreement; and authorizing other matters related to the issuance of the bonds.
