Notice is hereby given that Members of the Williamson County Election Commission will assemble at the above referenced public meeting and, at such meeting, deliberate, discuss, consider, receive information, and take appropriate action regarding the matters referenced in this Notice of Meeting.
REGULAR AGENDA

Call to Order

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on adopting the current Amended Version of Commissioners Court Rules of Procedure, Conduct and Decorum, for use by the Williamson County Election Commission for this meeting and future meetings of the Election Commission.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding acceptance of resignation, suspension with or without pay, or termination, if any, for the Elections Administrator.
4.
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding the appointment of an interim Elections Administrator, if needed.
5.
Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding any potential upcoming scheduled Election Commission meetings.

This meeting was called by Williamson County Judge Bill Gravell Jr., Chair of the Williamson County Election Commission, and this Notice of Meeting was posted at www.wilcotx.gov and in the locked box located on the south side of the Williamson County Courthouse, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 26th day of July, 2023 at 4:30 P.M. and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
