The request is for a 12 month grant funded position to analyze and plan for chemical emergencies, software to analyze threats and risk, and a rugged laptop.

Commissioner Covey stated that we have had a lot of rain and flooding in our area and in Cedar Hollow specifically.  We have been out there and are looking at all options at this point.

Commissioner Covey announced that she and Mark will celebrate their 31st wedding anniversary on Wednesday, August 24, 2016.

Commissioner Birkman invited everyone to the Williamson County's Alan's Hope Project recognition of National Suicide Prevention Week by hosting a "Ceremony of Hope" on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Mays Street Boutique, 2001 N. Mays Street, Round Rock. The ceremony also will be the official "unveiling" of the Alan's Hope Project mural painted on the south side of the Mays Street Boutique by local artist Rachel Viator.
