BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:31 A.M. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2016, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the September 13, 2016 meeting.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court. No action was taken on this item.
 
3.  Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving road district collections for the month of August 2016 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.

Motion: To approve the Reimbursement Audit, Disbursement to Developer - Century Land Holdings II, LLC in the amount of $4,564,346.30, Bill of Sale, and any other Conveyance Documents for Neenah Avenue in the Pearson Place Road District.
