Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.

Commissioner Birkman abstained in regard to payment of an invoice for Bagdad Road (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Open House Public Meeting to discuss the proposed improvements to the State Highway (SH) 29 corridor between Southwestern Boulevard in Georgetown and SH 95 near Circleville in Williamson County on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the East View High School Cafeteria, 4490 East University Avenue, Georgetown, Texas.


Ground Breaking Ceremony for the North Campus Facility Project on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Road and Bridge Facility, 3151 East Inner Loop, Georgetown, Texas.
 
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Ranch-to-Market (RM) 1431 Pass-Through Project
on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. at the southwest corner of Toro Grande and East Whitestone Boulevard in the parking lot of the Cedar Park Family Emergency Center.

Expo Center General Manager Clint Chitsey invited everyone to the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. and a Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the Exposition (Expo) Center located at 210 Carlos G. Parker Boulevard, Taylor, Texas.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the County Judge to execute the Amendment to the Aetna Life Insurance Company (“Aetna”) as an Amendment to Services Agreement Number (MSA) 866349  (the Services Agreement) between Aetna and Williamson County.  This Amendment is to enroll Williamson County in the Teladoc, Inc. (“Teladoc”) program in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this Amendment which are hereby incorporated as part of the Services Agreement to be effective on January 1, 2017.
