First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Commissioner Birkman abstained in regard to payment of an invoice for The Gabriels Funeral Chapel (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

Commission Madsen abstained in regard to payment of an invoice for Russell Madsen (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).
