BE IT REMEMBERED that at 12:11 P.M. on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2016, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the November 15 , 2016 meeting.

Motion: To approve payment of a quarterly invoice to the Williamson Central Appraisal District (WCAD) in the amount of $2.022.75.
