Discuss and hear a presentation on the Williamson County Livestock Show and Youth Fair.
Williamson County Livestock Association (WCLA) Cattle Division Superintendent Scott Heselmeyer and Expo Center Manager Clint Chitsey addressed the Court.  No action was taken on this item.

Hear a presentation by the Williamson County Long Term Recovery Committee regarding the 2015 Memorial Day Floods.

Present and discuss new hours of operation for the Georgetown, Round Rock and Cedar Park offices effective February 6, 2017.
Tax Assessor/Collector Larry Gaddes announced beginning February 6, 2017, the Georgetown, Round Rock, and Cedar Park Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector's offices new lobby hours will be: Monday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  No action was taken on this item.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the issuance of a county burn ban for a period not to exceed 90 days and to authorize the County Judge to lift said ban when conditions improve.

Motion: To authorize the County Judge to sign a Burn Ban Order that prohibits outdoor burning for thirty (30) days and, if the County Judge determines that the circumstances present in the unincorporated areas of Williamson County no longer create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning, the County Judge is further authorized to terminate the Burn Ban prior to the expiration of said thirty (30) days.
