BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:04 A.M. on TUESDAY, JUNE 20, 2017, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes from the May 16, 2017 meeting.

Motion: To approve road district collections for the month of May 2017 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.

Motion: To approve the third quarterly payment to the Williamson Central Appraisal District (WCAD) in the amount of $2,025.75.

Motion: To authorize the District's financial Advisor to proceed with the issuance of up to $9,500,000.00 in Series 2017 Northwoods Road District #1 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds.
