BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:41 A.M. on TUESDAY, AUGUST 15, 2017, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the July 18, 2017 meeting.

Motion: To approve road district collections for Pearson Place Road District and for Avery Ranch Road District for the month of July 2017 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.

Motion: To approve an "order authorizing the issuance of $8,520,000.00 Northwoods Road District No. 1 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2017; Levying an Ad Valorem Tax in support of the bonds; to authorize the execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement and a Bond Purchase Agreement; and to authorize other matters related to the issuance of the bonds."
