Motion: To authorize the County Judge to sign a Burn Ban Order that prohibits outdoor burning for ninety (90) days and, if the County Judge determines that the circumstances present in the unincorporated areas of Williamson County no longer create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning, the County Judge is further authorized to terminate the Burn Ban prior to the expiration of said ninety (90) days.

Loc. Gov’t Code § 262.024(a)(4).

Motion: To add to the General Fund Budget for purposes of leave accruals, retirement and longevity, Williamson County and Cities Health District (WCCHD) Onsite Sewage Facility (OSSF) Department employees that transfer to Williamson County will maintain and be credited with each particular employee’s current WCCHD service time. Williamson County will allow the WCCHD OSSF positions to transfer over to Williamson County with up to one-half of Williamson County’s maximum allowed service time vacation accrual amounts provided: (1) WCCHD tenders to Williamson County funds necessary to fund such carryover vacation accrual time for the employees plus all fringe; and (2) WCCHD pays each employee for any vacation accrual time that is in excess of one-half of Williamson County’s maximum allowed service time vacation accrual amount. WCCHD must pay out all current compensatory, longevity, floating holiday or other leave that is payable pursuant WCCHD policies prior to any WCCHD OSSF Department employee’s transfer to Williamson County.
