Motion: To approve Williamson County and Cities Health District (WCCHD) On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) positions to transfer to Williamson County with up to 40 hours vacation accrual amounts provided 1) WCCHD tenders to Williamson County funds necessary to fund such carryover vacation accrual time for the employees plus all fringe; and 2) to request that WCCHD pay each employee for any vacation accrual time that is in excess of the 40 hours vacation accrual amount.

Motion: To allow On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) employees to transfer to Williamson County employment with the amount of each employee’s Williamson County and Cities Health District (WCCHD) sick time balance accrued as of midnight on September 30, 2017 provided WCCHD tenders to Williamson County funds necessary to fund the transfer of such sick leave accrual time for the employees plus all fringe and that the maximum allowed sick leave accruals that are transferred to Williamson County for each employee will not exceed the maximum sick leave accruals allowed under the Williamson County Employee Policy.
