BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:06 A.M. on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2017, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the August 15, 2017 meeting.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court. 
 

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Terry Cook 
Second by: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long 

Motion: To approve the fourth quarterly payments to the Williamson County Central Appraisal District (WCAD) in the amount of $2,025.75 for Avery Ranch Road District and in the amount of $482.00 for Pearson Place Road District.
