Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
Accounts Payable/Payroll Manager Nathan Zinsmeyer addressed the Court.

Loc. Gov’t Code § 81.032.

This change order is being funded out of the Owners Contingency.

MOTION: To add the following provisions to the Williamson County Subdivision Regulations to clarify that condominium developments constitute a subdivision that shall comply in all respects with the Williamson County Subdivision Regulations effective as of October 24, 2017:

2.7 Condominium Development
A form of real property with portions of the real property designated for separate ownership or occupancy, and the remainder of the real property designated for common ownership or occupancy solely by the owners of those portions. For the purposes of these regulations, condominiums shall include all developments created under Chapter 82 of the Texas Property Code, also known as the Uniform Condominium Act.

3.4 If the subdivision is for a Condominium Development, the subdivision shall comply in all respects with these regulations and the Williamson County Engineering Guidelines, and an application for plat approval of the proposed subdivision shall be prepared and submitted to the Commissioners' Court in accordance with the terms and procedures set forth in this Section.

Comments from Commissioners.
Commissioner Covey announced she attended a Helping a Hero (www.helpingahero.org) event and encourages everyone to submit suggestions and/or applications for a disabled veteran serving since 9/11 that would benefit from a tax free home built by Westin Homes that would accommodate their disability. 

Judge Gattis announced he visited Fort Hood, Texas where Central Texas veterans were honored at the Annual Congressional Veteran Commendation Ceremony.  The following veterans honored from Williamson County were:

United States Army First Lieutenant Phillip Duprey of Cedar Park
United States Marine Corps Staff Sergeant Rufus Honeycutt of Round Rock
United States Marine Corps Staff Sergeant James W. Harrell of Georgetown

Judge Gattis announced there has been a water leak at the Cedar Park Annex in Precinct #2 causing the building to close temporarily and it is at the discretion of the elected officials and department heads located in that building to decide when their offices will reopen to employees and to the public.
