BE IT REMEMBERED that at 2:03 P.M. on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2017, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

Review and approval of minutes.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the creation and authorization of a Williamson County Local Provider Participation Fund pursuant to Chapter 292B of the Texas Health & Safety Code, adoption of Williamson County Health Care Participation Program Rules and Procedures governing the operations of a Local Provider Participation Program and setting the rate associated with mandatory provider participation payments that Williamson County may require of all local hospitals for fiscal year (FY) 2018 and how the revenue derived from those payments may be spent.
