This change order is being funded out of the Owners Contingency.

Motion: To approve settlement in the amount of $14,000.00 for a medical subrogation claim related to a certain covered person in the County's health benefits plan for an incident occurring on or about September 3, 2014, and to authorize the presiding officer to execute settlement documents, if any, approved as to form by the County Attorney's Office. [See 85.(t).]
