BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:40 A.M. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 23, 2018, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the December 19, 2017 meeting.

Motion: To approve the road district collections for the month of November 2017 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.

Motion: To approve the invoices for McCall Parkhurst & Horton for $879.95 and Sheets & Crossfied, P.C. for $1218.00 for payment.
