BE IT REMEMBERED that at 12:10 P.M. on TUESDAY, MARCH 20, 2018, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the February 20, 2018 meeting.

Motion: To approve the road district collections for the month of January 2018 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.

Motion: To approve the payment for Pearson Place for Williamson Central Appraisal District for $386.00, for Northwoods Road District to Williamson Central Appraisal District for $983.75, for Avery Ranch Road to Williamson Central Appraisal District for $1,931.50, and for Northwoods Avery Ranch, LLC for $3,799,120.05 to Northwood Road District No. 1.
