Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Texas Avenue Remodel Project; Change Order # 22 in the amount of $12,126.00 for ADA improvements based on the ADA Inspection Report,  which was executed by Bob Lubecker, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is being funded out of the Owners Contingency.

This change order is to being credited to the Owners Contingency.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a burn ban for the areas west of Interstate Highway 35 for a period not to exceed 90 days and to authorize the County Judge the authority to  lift the ban when conditions improve.

Motion: To authorize the County Judge or Presiding Officer to sign a Burn Ban Order that prohibits outdoor burning for ninty (90) days and, if the County Judge determines that the circumstances present in the unincorporated areas of Williamson County no longer create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning, the County Judge is further authorized to terminate the Burn Ban prior to the expiration of said ninty (90) days.
