BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:47 A.M. on TUESDAY, APRIL 17, 2018, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the March 20, 2018 meeting.

Motion: To approve the road district collections for the month of March 2018 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.

Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Larry Madsen

Motion: To approve the payment for Weaver and Tidwell for $15,500.00 which includes $6,500.00 for Avery Ranch Road District, $4,500.00 for Pearson Place Road and $4,500.00 for Northwoods Road District; Northwoods Road District for $1,743.00 to Sheets and Crossfield; and Pearson Place Road District for $105.00 to Sheets and Crossfiled.
