Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting and approving a report on the Jail Kitchen and Plumbing Remodel Project; Change Order # 7 in the amount of $48,129.86 for additional equipment fencing, glazed block repair at kitchen walls, hot water line insulation repair and additional fire caulking scopes of work associated with unforeseen conditions and Owner requested repairs and changes at the kitchen and plumbing chases, which was executed by Dale Butler, Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, pursuant to the previous grant of authority under Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code. This change order is being funded out of the Owners Contingency.

This change order is being funded by the Construction Manager and Owner’s Contingencies.
