BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:47 A.M. on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2018, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the August 21, 2018 meeting.

2.  Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District, the Pearson Place Road District and the Northwoods Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.
 

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long 
Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Larry Madsen 

Motion: To approve the payment Avery Ranch Road District to State Comptroller's Office for $1,931.50, the Pearson Place Road District to State Comptroller's Office for $386.00, the Northwoods Road District to State Comptroller's Office for $983.75, and the Norhtwoods Road District to Sheets and Crossfield, P.Co. for $84.00.
