- The reason for the payment in excess of the budgeted amount is to provide for an increased hiring salary for well qualified applicants.
- The excess amount is $30,286.65 which will be paid through the normal bi-weekly payroll. The public purpose served by providing the increased salaries is the ability to reduce service delivery issues due to excess training required for less experienced employees.
