BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:47 A.M. on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2018, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

1. Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the September 18, 2018 meeting.

2.  Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving road district collections for the month of September 2018 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.

Second by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Terry Cook 

Motion: To approve road district collections for the month of September 2018 for the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector.

Motion: To approve the payment for Northwoods Road District to Sheets and Crossfield for $210.00.
