First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Motion: To approve the payments for Northwoods Road District No. 1 to McCall Parkhurst & Horton in the amount of $2,345.00 and to Sheets and Crossfield, P.C. in the amount of $1,029.00.
