9:30 Conduct public hearing relating to a request from the 911 Communications department  to increase the budgeted salary amount for position noted in the attached list and discuss (1) the reason for the payment in excess of the budgeted amount is being offer to the employee, including the public purpose that will be served by making the excess payment; and (2) the exact amount of the excess payment, the sources of the payment, and the terms for distribution of the payment that effect and maintain the public purpose to be served by making the excess payment.  These increases will be funded using funds in the current approved budget.
