BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:38 A.M. on TUESDAY, MARCH 19, 2019, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the February 19, 2019 meeting.

Motion: To approve the payment for Northwoods Road District for Sheets and Crossfield, PLLC. in the amount of $126.00, Northwoods Road District for Williamson County Appraisal District (WCAD) in the amount of $1014.75, Avery Ranch Road for WCAD in the amount of $1797.75, Pearson Place Road District for WCAD in the amount of $414.25 and Weaver and Tidwell, LLP for Road Districts Financial Audit in the amount of $25,500.00.
