BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:54 A.M. on TUESDAY, APRIL 16, 2019, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

Consideration and action with respect to "Order Authorizing the Issuance of Avery Ranch Road District No. 1 Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds; Levying an Ad Valorem Tax in Support of the Bonds; Approving an Official Statement; Authorizing the Execution of a Bond Purchase Agreement, a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement and an Escrow Agreement; Establishing Procedures for Selling and Delivering the Bonds; and Authorizing Other Matters Related to the Issuance of the Bonds."
