BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:30 A.M. on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2019, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

Review and approval of minutes.
First Assistant to County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.
 

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long 
Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles 

Motion: To approve the minutes of the August 20, 2019 meeting.

Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District, the Pearson Place Road District and the Northwoods Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.
 

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long 
Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles 

Motion: To approve the Williamson Central Appraisal District invoices for Avery Ranch Road District in the amount of $1,797.75, Pearson Place Road District in the amount of $414.25 and Northwoods Road District in the amount of $1,014.75 and the Tax Rate ads with the Williamson County Sun for a total amount of $1,130.01.
